Orientation at the Emergency department

This evening we we shown the emergency department and shown their traffic light system which prioritises patients based on the level of emergency. Green means the patient is usually referred to the outpatient department or given treatment in casualty and sent home. Orange means the patient is required to be seen within six hours. Red is considered an immediate emergency. Here are posters I saw in the triage area. It’s interesting to see they use similar assessments to those in the uk.
